FetchPets provides tools designed to help connect individuals with adoptable pets listed by animal shelters, rescue organizations, and other pet service providers.
FetchPets does not guarantee the availability, health, behavior, or suitability of any pet listed on the platform. Adoption decisions are made independently by participating shelters and rescue organizations.
Users agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform responsibly. Users must comply with all applicable laws and the policies of shelters or rescue organizations they interact with.
FetchPets may display information provided by third-party shelters, rescues, or service providers. FetchPets is not responsible for the actions, policies, or practices of those organizations.
All content, branding, and technology associated with the FetchPets platform are owned by FetchPets LLC unless otherwise stated.
FetchPets is not liable for any damages, injuries, or disputes arising from interactions between users and third-party organizations listed on the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
